July 4th, 2025, Tokyo, Japan & Seoul, South Korea – Queue-it, the market leader in virtual waiting room software and services, today announces the successful hosting of its first customer event, Queue-it Connect, held in both Tokyo and Seoul. The event brought together IT and business professionals from leading companies across retail, ticketing, finance, and the energy sector to connect and share knowledge on managing online traffic peaks and delivering reliable digital experiences.

Building online trust with reliability and fairness

The two Queue-it Connect events opened with a keynote by Queue-it CEO Jesper Essendrop, who emphasized the growing importance of online trust in an increasingly crowded digital landscape.

“We’re in a dilemma,” Essendrop noted. “It’s harder than ever to gain trust online—but you can’t do anything without it. Consumers expect perfection, and you can’t afford even one bad interaction.”

The speech set the tone for the events, which focused on the challenges and opportunities of delivering fair, reliable, transparent experiences during peak traffic.
