Partnering with Amazon Web Services enables Queue-it to hold an infinite number of end-users in its cloud infrastructure

Queue-it is an Advanced Technology Partner of the Amazon Partner Network and is hosted on Amazon’s cloud infrastructure, allowing auto-scaling and load balancing integrations. This leaves room for quick virtual waiting room implementation, within a 30-minute period and ensures a secure end-user experience.

Technology Partners provide software solutions that are either hosted on or integrated with, the AWS platform. Technology Partners include Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, management and security vendors.


The virtual waiting room is developed by utilizing the dynamic nature of the cloud, with its core based on Microsoft .NET allowing Queue-it to utilize Amazon web services that are available. This enables Queue-it to hold an infinite number of simultaneous users, which comes in handy when website traffic can dramatically increase at known points in time. It also leaves room for quick virtual implementation, organizing the cloud-based customer waiting room within a 30-minute time frame.
