Control online traffic peaks
Queue-it is a virtual waiting room platform for managing online traffic peaks. Its online queue system redirects excess end-users to a virtual waiting room environment and passes the end-users back to the website or app in a first-come, first-served order. Through a web-based admin interface, IT professionals can control the queue configuration and monitor real-time analytics of peak traffic. The platform is delivered as a SaaS and built on AWS cloud infrastructure with fault tolerant architecture.
Easy to use web admin system
Works with various CDNs
Integrates with major ecommerce platforms
Major programming languages SDKs
Mobile native apps support
Fraud and malicious bots protection
The system places users in an orderly line. On the customizable queue page, you can:
- Provide real-time updates on the queue page
- Display dynamic information, such as place in line and estimated wait
- Engage users with relevant content, video and imagery
All of this in a branded experience with your logo and design.
The waiting room is operated in a web-based admin platform, which enables:
- Real-time monitoring of queue data
- Access to all historical data for analytics and reporting
- Configuration of all queue settings
- Platform user management
The dashboard provides a live overview of key data points, including traffic inflow, outflow, wait time and user redirects.
- CDNs (Akamai, Fastly, Cloudflare, etc)
- Load balancers (F5, Cisco, Citrix NetScaler, Riverbed, Barracuda, etc)
- Ecommerce platforms (SAP Hybris, Magento, Shopify, Oracle Commerce, IBM WebSphere etc.)
- Application platforms
- Tag management systems (Google, Adobe DTM, Tealium etc.)
Queue-it is the only virtual waiting room platform that is not implemented as a reverse DNS proxy. This makes it completely decoupled from your current infrastructure setup.
Queue-it is hosted globally on Amazon AWS. Our technology team has put great effort into building a secure, robust and high availability architecture. However, we recognize that failure can strike; we could accidentally deploy software with bugs, AWS could suffer from outages or we could be hit by internet issues. To hedge against failure and web outages, we have built a distributed fault tolerant architecture that allows us to implement changes very fast.
Bot attack and fraud prevention
Our advanced fraud protection stops scripted bots and organized fraudulent human activity, reducing malicious traffic. We have several measures in place to identify and block bot traffic. The basic protection filters out the most obvious bots and challenges them with a CAPTCHA. Alternatively, all users can be presented with a CAPTCHA or limit the amount of queue numbers issued to one per validated user, based on unique identifiers such as a user ID or promo code.
“The user experience of the administrative side of Queue-it is really great. I had the console open and felt like all the information I needed to know was present in the event console on GO Queue-it Platform. It was very easy to use.”
